JustCreate and Configo Ltd are not payment processors. JustCreate facilitates payments directly between users of the platform via third party payment providers such as PayPal and Stripe. At this time, JustCreate does not receive your full card number. Payment processors provide us with a token that represents your account, your card’s expiration date, card type and the last four digits of your card number. If you are required to provide your name and email address to the payment processor, then they also provide us with that information.

Before creating an account or making a payment please take a moment to read the privacy policies of these payment providers.

JustCreate facilitates a direct relationship between users on the platform. Users receive certain contact information about Supporters such as email addresses and transaction information such as delivery addresses and phone numbers when required for shipping providers and as such Creators themselves are responsible for their own lawful processing of information made available to them by the service.

Content creators

A creator is a user who creates and provides content for their members or supporters through JustCreate. To become a creator, you must create a page that describes what you are creating and any benefits you are offering. To receive payouts you have to create an account with one of our payment partners: PayPal, Stripe, or equivalent. We may also require your bank account information to process payouts.
